Bought this scooter for my father. He loves it. Lightweight, and fun to ride. Just the right size.

Even after a year of use, this scooter remains incredibly strong. The 250W motor outperforms many 350W models, providing surprising power. The only drawback is its weight, but it's incredibly durable—built to last. While the turning radius isn't the tightest because of the larger tires, the battery life is more than sufficient for trips to parks, zoos, or other large areas—you'll have plenty of power for the journey.

Travel Tips for Flying:

1. Declare your scooter with a non-liquid battery when booking through the airline portal.
2. Contact the airline in advance to request seating near the front.
3. Upon arrival at the gate, check in with an agent, tag your scooter, and ride it to the airplane door.
4. Fold it up, secure it with a luggage strap, and it will be stored like a stroller, returned to the gate upon arrival.
Note: The battery does not need to be removed as it is a non-liquid battery.

I've used this scooter for camping, visiting the county fair, and getting around the yard, including on inclines and declines. It’s been excellent for all activities, except navigating soft sand. At the beach, it performed well on hard-packed sand. The battery lasted all day for every outing.

I absolutely love this scooter! It’s been so easy to operate. At first, I was a bit startled because I didn’t realize it makes a sound when reversing, but now I appreciate the beeping as a safety feature. It also has a horn and a headlight for added convenience. The handle folds down, which is great, though I can’t lift it yet as I’m still regaining my strength. It also comes with a basket. There's a control that lets you adjust the speed, and a "walk" option in case the battery runs out (although I’ve never needed it, as the charge lasts a long time). I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this scooter—it's simple to use. Since I'm shorter, it's a perfect fit for me, but taller individuals might find it less comfortable.

Packaged was received in good condition. On the first day of unpacking the control knob snapped off. I reported this to customer service, and they immediately sent me a new part within 5 days with detailed instruction on how to replace the knob. Customer Service is excellent, little to no wait time for a response. We were even contacted by the CEO to ensure we were satisfied, and scooter was in good working condition.
